Corrections

This is the message we most want to receive. Every specification we publish is linked to its source and dated — if a figure here disagrees with that source, or a manufacturer has since revised it, tell us. Include the page URL and the figure in question and we will verify, correct, and re-date the page.

We would rather be told we got a number wrong than leave it standing. Our full method is here.

Manufacturers and PR

We do not accept sponsored posts, paid placements, paid links, or "guest posts" with embedded links, and we do not sell advertising. Product samples do not buy coverage; if we ever accept one it will be disclosed prominently on the page. Pitches offering payment for links will not receive a reply.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer and not a manufacturer. We cannot help with orders, shipping, returns, warranty claims or technical support for a unit you have bought — the retailer or the manufacturer handles all of those, and they will resolve it far faster than we could.
